How and where to upload your maps?

Greetings, I have something important to tell you. It's about how and where you should put your uploads. This also means for skins,models and tutorials. Since tutorials are text based, you can post them directly to the forum (including pictures) but if you are making something like word document and such thing you should upload that on some site and then post link in your post. I know this sucks, but I have just seen that this type of forums does not have attachment button. With all due respect...
